Unless she's not happy and healthy, I really wouldn't sweat it. My kids are both tiny - usually between 0-10 percentile for weight and 40-50 for height, and it's just how they grow. Dd started losing ground a bit as she started to crawl b/c she was so much more active, but then her body figured it out and she caught back up. She's now 10th percentile at 15.5 months, and that's right on schedule for her! (At this stage, I think ds wasn't even ON the chart!)

As ds's ped once said, "I don't care where he is on the chart. I just want him to pick a place and stay there!"
