Ditto the other posters. My ds is in speech, and he'll be 6 in a couple of months. He still substitutes W for R, but they aren't working on that now. Right they they are working on his K and G sound. They come out as a D, plus they are working on multiple sounds, like st, sc, and so on. He's not really old enough for the R/W thing to be an issue.

As an aside, my youngest, who will be three soon, has perfect articulation. She says K's and G's better than her older brother. It's too cute! She overemphasizes the K's, so they are Kah. "More milk-kah."
