I agree. I have only had one Pit induced no epi labor, but I am still alive to tell about it
I found that trying out different labor positions helped a lot. I spent a lot of the time on the toilet. It seemed like a natural place, you're trying to push something out.... ya know?
Also, something... happens, during transition. You become mighty labor lady, I've heard it called LaborLand. Your body just knows what to do. I think epis and other messings arounds really takes away your body's ability to do what it does naturally.
I'm not implying this is true in your case, but I don't know if I have heard of a natural birth where labor stalled. I'm sure they are out there, but most of the time you hear "I got the epi/spinal and my labor just died like 3o mins later" Makes you wonder
Maybe that could be your reason for sticking with drug free!
