As far as the contractions, that would concern me. You need checked out for that.

As far as the milk, I don't know that that's a sign... I leaked like crazy w/both pregnancies. I remember waking up while preggo w/DS#1 thinking OMG my water broke... AND THEN REALIZED it was my upper half that was wet - my boobs just exploded that night LOL
