Re: Nourishing Traditions Support Thread
So on my way back from playgroup DH called me (normal, he calls me at his lunch everyday) and I tell him how the ladies were explaining kefir to me and how to make it and so on. I told him it was a cross between milk and yogurt. Then I went on to tell him about the fermented tea (forget what that is called) and how we can make yogurt and so on. Then I tell him that they are thinking about starting a co-op for some of this. Then he says that "well I don't want to go too crazy on this". So then I say to him I don't want to go crazy but I think coconut flour could help me as it is higher in protein then wheat. He agrees.
So now I am thinking I am going to have to spoon feed DH this stuff. He isn't going to "get it" till he has to.
