My youngest is 5.5 and still showers with me. Unless it seems to be bothering him or it really bothers you I would just keep doing what you are doing. If it is bothering you I would go home in wet suits with a t-shirt cover up on. I don't trust leaving a child outside alone while you change. It just doesn't seem safe. Taking him into the women's locker room has the chance of exposing him to more than just his mother's naked body. I wouldn't be terribly bothered but if you are trying to avoid him seeing you nude it seems counterproductive. Not to mention it may bother the other women there.
