We just use the little baby wash cloths, perfect size, texture and they're cheap. I just toss them in the Lion's Heart cloth wipes warmer (I don't even fold them anymore, lol) with a mixture that I make up every couple of days that's just water with a couple of drops of baby oil and baby wash. Easy peesy.
