I have definitely looked into this in the past, which is the main reason I cook from scratch, watch gluten and many many other things, we dont' do food coloring if we can avoid it-for example, birthdays we can't really avoid it.
I will look at it again because it changed a lot before and fixed several allergies he had, which I just incorporated into his diet about 6 years ago and just adapted to, so I will be looking at it again, thanks for the reminder!!
