I used sposies for my son because I couldn't find anything that would work. Then we were almost out of sposies, and I couldn't afford to buy any more for a while. So I took a flannel receiving blanket and folded it, and put it in our BottomBumpers diaper without the snap in insert. I use a fleece liner to make it stay dry. I was quite impressed at how well they work.
