I use marinara/meat sauce interchangeably with pizza sauce. Maybe if you had some pizza crusts pre-made and frozen with a bag of sauce attached to it, all you would have to do is thaw add cheese and misc. veggies from the fridge.
I also use it as a dipping sauce for breadsticks. Sometimes we'll just have a big salad and breadsticks for dinner.
