You only have to use an ounce for every load. Just use it like a regular detergent  The best part about Sport-Wash is you can use it with cold or hot water and soft/hard/very hard water.
If you have serious stink issues I'd strip the washing machine with it without any diapers. Otherwise an ounce should do a fine job of stripping any material.
