The nutritionist is not a dr. she may be a medical professional, but she does not over rule 2 dr's. I personally would tell her so. If it makes you feel more comfortable, then get your ped and or allergist to write a note on RX paper that they strongly recommend continuing bfing. I don't think she could say much to that. And since I know you said that her iron is ok now, I would show her those results as well, and basically say thanks for the info, we seem to be doing ok now(unless there is another reason you are seeing her). Kind of a don't call us, we'll call you approach.
