Here is what I did:

I put one stick of room temp butter (real butta!) in a bowl, mixed it with my hand mixer until fluffy, added powdered sugar until well mixed, it will be a little chunky, then added two tablespoons of milk and blended again until it was whipped. I tasted as I went and kind of abandoned the recipe, once it was nice and fluffy I added unsweetened cocoa powder to taste. It came out great! It was SO easy. Some recipes call for vanilla but I had run out and it came out better without it IMO.
