For me it's being sure I eat a big meal first thing in the morning or at least a heavy one (like oatmeal) and then anything sour. A friend got me preggie pops, which are sour suckers made with essential oils and they do the trick. Citrus sounds good as well, so I'll try that this week. There is also B6 in my prenatal, so I take that with breakfast.
