Thanks again mamas. I muddled lemons in hot water and sip on that and swear it helps. Also first thing in the morning I eat a fairly large meal and take a few ginger pills. I don't know if it's because of this or if I just got lucky and the ms faded. I did however get a horrific migriaine yesterday
