10 sounds good. As for what I can eat...well, that is harder! LOL! Pretty much no sugar and limited carbs like fruit and anything with flour. I can have 30-45 carbs per meal and then I have to eat that with protein.
Really though, you don't need to make anything for me. I can just bring what I can eat and the kids can enjoy what you make! They like to eat most things!
