I wouldn't wash with the other dipes untill they were in better condition. If they have ammonia from the urine evaporating and the urea setteling into the fibers (not to mention the bacteria). Wash them with dawn in the sink and let them soak a good while. Then wash them in the washer with bleach. They should be better.
