Those symptoms are classic reflux symptoms as well. Also, Baby doesn't have to spit up to have reflux, if the acid is coming up into the esophagus, it doesn't have to come all the way out, although frequent spitting is also a typical symptom.

My babies all have reflux (genetic), and they want to nurse all the time because they think it will help, then scream because it hurts and won't nurse, then want to nurse again...etc etc...
