Ginger, ginger, ginger. Ginger suckers, raw ginger squares, ginger candy, ginger gum, ginger tea.
Having something high protein (like string cheese or a spoonful of peanut/nut butter) before bed helps too.
Keep crackers at your bedside.
Never let your stomach get too empty!
Don't eat anything that doesn't sound good. If you need to eat lasagna for breakfast and a bowl of cold cereal for dinner so be it
