I don't think I would notice, unless it was a close friend. But when I was pregnant with my last baby, a parent of a child in my class noticed my boobs. She told me later that when she saw me over the summer she thought I had gotten a boob job, but then in the fall when I announced my pregnancy she thought, "Ohhhh, now I get it!"
