I have had no problems with anything afterwards....As every one said though, each one is different. I have had complications, but they were due to the anesthesiologist NOT the dr doing the surgery.

I know 2 women on a forum I am part of for moms with many children and they have both had 9 c/s with no complications!! ( I think one of them just had #10!)
This is such a wonderful thing to hear! So often I hear so many worry or make others worry about the risks when I truly believe the risks aren't as bad as they are made to seem. My last dr told me that after a 3rd c-section the risk of uterine rupture increases but it only increases to 3%, he was not worried at all and I specifically asked him after my surgery what he thought about another, he said there was no reason why I couldn't. I will stop at 6 though if we are lucky enough to conceive again but that is only due to my dh's wishes. I would have a dozen if I could
