I purchased two custom hats from Crazy Kae's Crochet on February 1, 2012. On March 9th, 2012 I messaged the owner of the shop asking for an update on the hats since I had not heard anything about the progress since I had paid. She told me she hadn't started the hats yet but to give her two weeks and she would have them completed. I was already nearing the 45 day limit on paypal and when I asked her for a refund I was told I would have to wait until the weekend, which was still passed PayPal's 45 day limit. In order to protect myself from not receiving the items or a refund I had to file a paypal dispute.

Would you do business with them again? Yes/No
