My babies were always HIGH on the non WHO charts at birth but at around 6 months (when many babies are fed solids and formula) they were always lower on the charts (usually 35th-50th for weight). The problem is that many Peds do care and they scare parents. An EBF can be perfectly healthy but weigh a lot less than a formula fed baby. It makes sense to compare breastfed babies to other breastfed babies.
with my DH, crunchy, attached Mama to 4. Homeschooling, long term breastfeeding, CD'ing, babywearing, homebirthing. Could I BE anymore addicted to cloth?!
