I'm no doctor nor a surgical expert, but I'm an RN and it does sound to me like a double suture closure. As for the second part with the muscles, it kinda sounds like they pushed your muscles together and then closed up? I dunno....that part is weird to me too and I'm not entire sure what that means exactly.
