Are you on a handheld device or laptop/computer?
I can help if the computer. Same may work for handheld device but I do not know.
To find your post or threads, click on your name in the top right corner.That takes you to your user profile. Look for tab that says "User Statistics" then select the option you want. You can go to a list of all threads or all post.
To edit, hit the "Edit" button on bottom right of post. Edit post. If you need to edit thread title do the same step but then hit advanced edit.
