CANDY! CANDY! CANDY! - I tried to settle it with juice and fruit. Talked to mw and she said intense sugar cravings were a sign that I needed to eat more protein. I ate more protein and it went away.
Not much - turkey on T'day (the smell, how gross! and I love turkey).
