The East Valley is pretty spread out. There is a ton of stuff to do. Actually downtown there are 3 different museums you can get into for free on the 1st Sunday of the month! I have lived here for 22 years and I still find places I never knew about. Once you get here if you go to a children's museum or Whole foods (I think) you can find The Active Moms newsletter that tells you about places and events going on.
