Re: Stroller purchase...a series of bad choices..
There is no perfect stroller. I was a nanny for a number of years prior to becoming a mom and I thought I had the perfect solution. I purchased a $700 stroller for DD and it was great... till this January I took it out and part of it broke when my son (who was under the maximum weight limit) was in it. He is fine, I am fine, but seriously they don't make things like they used to. Now I found a place that I can repair this stroller at and likely I will go with them, but our stroller does have it's flaws and I am seriously considering purchasing another stroller for the next baby for when I need something different.
I think that most people have 2-6 strollers before their children end up walking full time. It is just the nature of the beast.
