Chicken roast with potatoes and veggies, just cook 1.5 hours at 400° (double check the temp)
Brown ground beef, put in two cans of chunky veggie soup plus half can water and whatever spices you like. Boil. Add 1.5 cups rice, summer for 20. Done.
Good ol Lawry's seasoning on baked chicken.
Taco salad: just have to brown the meat, warm some beans, and everyone makes their own with salad mix, beef, beans, tomatoes, onions, olives, cheese, fritos and Dorothy Lynch dressing as options. Not sure if your DD would be bothered by the cheese being an option for the others.
