Just a side note, will someone be there to watch them when you are gone? Integration can be a tough process. How old are the young ones? We just integrated our chicks and hens last week. Our young ones are 12 weeks old. I would not want to be gone for very long in case something bad happened. Adult hens can kill younger chickens.
