How many day cycle r u doing? I haven't decided yet if I am doing 30 or 40 , guess it kinda depends how I am losing at that point. I eventually want to be around 135. I am wanting to start the 30 day shred too just gotta get off my lazy butt lol
Just doing the 23 day protocol. I was leading 1.6/fast at first, but I gained a lot on my loading days. At one point I was 218!!!!! But I didn't count it, because it was at night
