*Warning most are not healthy but sure are yummy!*
Dh's favorites are bacon wrapped whole mushrooms and bacon wrapped Jalapenos. (You cut them open and stuff the jalapenos with cream cheese or cheddar cheese). I love zucchini with just butter or olive oil. I also like cubed potatoes with onions, butter, and cheese wrapped in foil.
We do ribs with homemade bbq sauce, brats (put onion and bell peppers in foil with butter), Chicken (we put in a ziplock bag and marinade overnight. Then grill stuff to go with it. Like Teriyaki chicken we will grill pineapple), pork chops with apple quarters, skirt steak (the Good Eats method of directly on the charcoal), etc.
I usually make a garden salad. If we have guests, I have a veggie tray, fruit tray and chips. (I've never once had left over strawberries!)
