LOL, that is a LOADED question! You may have to try many different ones before you find the "right" one. I tried Rockin' Green, BumGenius, and Country Save on my BG 4.0's but my babies were still breaking out in rashes. Finally had to turn to cotton/hemp fiber fitteds with wool covers and found that they no longer broke out and that Charlie's Soap worked just fine.
