How can I add moisture to this?
I made these and they really do taste like a graham cracker- including the dryness. What can I add to make them less dry. I sub 1/4 of the oil with applesauce. Did not want to sub anymore then that on my first try of the recipe. We had to butter them to eat them, but they were quite good like that. i would like to eat them with out butter though since they already have so much oil in them. i guess I could always just sub all the oil and use butter on them, but I'd rather tinker with the recipe. Just don't know where to start. Should I add an egg? Pumpkin puree would probably be good, but would completely change the flavor. What to do?
