Have you seen a chiropractor? I saw a chiropractor during one pregnancy. Baby was not in an ideal birth position and I had terrible hip/back misalignment. A few adjustments made a world of difference for me and baby. I would recommend seeing a chiro trained in the care of pregnant women.
