i actually just make a double batch and freeze half of it uncooked (right before the step you would roll it out/cook it). it thaws pretty fast and tastes good and might, depending on your freezer situation, fit a little better

i make the pioneer woman's pizza dough but just sub whole wheat flour (recipe: thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/07/grilled-vegetable-pizza/ ). you might need to add a little extra water. you could add some wheat germ in place of 1/2 cup of flour if you wanted to make it more healthy.
