We do, but there are just four of us and my husband leaves work at 4. If it were me, I'd eat at the table everyday with the two little ones at a decent time and take it seriously. If you make it the daily ritual it has the potential to be, your older one just may want to be part of it. (Build it and they will come) Your husband... can catch up.
