Short-Term Goal (ie. "X" by valentines/March) 225. It's small, but I have seen 229 on the scale A LOT and 227 a very few times, but 225 never (in recent memory).
Long-Term Goal 180ish.
Weight Lost to Date +.2. SIGH.
Weight Loss Plan: Well, I thought that my meal replacement strategy would work without having to count points or calories. I really felt that this week I would build some momentum, and it didn't work. So I am setting myself a 30 day challenge to track everything I eat in Lose It! Will I annoy you all if I check in frequently about that to keep myself honest?
