Tired of drinking water-BORING!
Anyone have any great ways to flavor your water? Or a drink that is healthy, sugar free (some fruits are ok like berries, green apples) & not store bought? And preferably dairy free.
I really enjoy making our food myself, so recipes or suggestions would be great!
Here is one that I tried last night & turned out good.
Fresh squeezed lemon juice (approx 2 large lemons)
Fresh squeezed lime juice (approx 1 lime)
Bag frozen strawberries
Water
1/2 cup fresh mint
I put it all in a blender & then drank it Nice "slushy" on a warm summer eve. I'm sure it would be great with just chilled water too!
