The scale is only one of the many tools for measuring success in weight loss. It all depends on how much you need to lose. If you are at a healthy weight and just need to "tone up", you may not lose at all. If you need to lose 50+ lbs (like me) and the scale still hasn't budged in a couple of weeks, it's time to re-evaluate your program.
