Yep, you should get a full refund of $36. The seller doesn't get to keep your shipping amount in the event of a refund. They'll be out the $ it cost to ship to you, and you'll be out the $ it costs to ship back. But you can, as I mentioned before, contact eBay about return shipping and may get cut a break since it wasn't your error.
