I can hardly see anything either. Both my labors started at night when I didn't have my contacts in, and with my lens solution, I have to wait six hours after putting them in solution to wear them again. By the time I hit the six hour mark, I was deep into labor and no way thinking about my lenses lol. Laboring in glasses didn't bother me even though I don't normally wear them and don't prefer them. Even at my homebirth waterbirth, they were fine. The did get splashed and spotted, but I wasn't paying attention and wasn't bothered by that. Only after my son was born, did I realize I could hardly see anything with all the smudges lol.
