Not had the problem with ds diapers but for me, I tend to develop suddenly sensitivities to products I have used previously. Soaps, shampoo, lotion, laundry detergent - sometimes I start to get an itchy rash and have to switch something out. Maybe he has become sensitive to the detergent?
