I bought this brand new.. i think it was from the thirsties outlet meaning its a second. it isn't marked as such anywhere and its still new with tags. since i can't remember for sure i'm pricing it as a second $12 ppd
its chocolate,size 2 with velcro. comes complete with soakers and tags
