anything with too much sodium and I instant go up a few pounds. In my head I know it's mostly water and easy to lose, but I'm always bummed a little by the huge jump. Today is my lifting day. I just ate breakfast (a little late since I only had coffee before dropping off DD and came home famished) so I'm waiting a little before I work out.
