Oh yeah - I gain a ton and my rings do not fit. That is how I know weight from water. Weight does not go to my fingers in 2 lbs, but water does.

I have a 7 week old and my body does NOT like to lose weight when nursing a newbie, so I'm trying to be patient. I eat clean and run 3x/week.
