Weight Loss Plan: Baby steps into healthier foods and away from simple processed foods. mmmm pizza rolls less carbs. portion control, walking on my days off of work.
I will be starting my diet Thursday the 6th of Sept! It will also be my first day of work So I thought a new job was a great time to start eating better. especially since I'll be working 12 hr shift.
