The workout I did is more of a total body workout. I found it on Pinterest and I thought it would be easy enough for me to do but still give me a workout:

20 jumping jacks, 10 crunches, 5 push ups, 10 calf raises, 25 russian twists, 10 squats, 20 high knees, 10 reverse crunches, :30 plank, and :15 side plank. You do it all twice.
