Calorie wise I had too much. I should be tracking food and counting calories but I find it a royal pain in the butt. I had no rice or bread or other grains today. I'm doing ok on the carbs thing, I just really need to cut back on the amount of stuff I eat
Ugh, I cannot count calories. I am just working on eating healthier and cutting out extra treats right now. So far it's going pretty good. I just have a bad habit of pigging out once DS is asleep.
