Findings:

Transabdominal:

Living intrauterine gestation demonstrates positive fetal heart
motion with heartrate = 162 beats per minute. Yolk sac measures 4 mm.

Mean sac diameter = 5.3 cm, corresponds to 11 weeks 1 days + / - 7
days.
Crown rump length = 4.5 cm, corresponds to 11 weeks 2 days + / - 7
days.

Subchorionic hemorrhage is not seen.

Ovaries are normal. Corpus luteum cyst is present on the right.
Impression

Impression:

1. Intrauterine living singleton gestation with gestational age of 11
weeks 2 days which is consistent with the clinical dates.
